We open our doors to children every morning from 8.30am until 8.50am. Teaching starts at 8.30am.

We have our very own on site Birchington Breakfast Club and After School Club run by our own staff. If you would like to make use of these clubs, please contact the school office to book a place or find out more details. 

Both our Breakfast Club and After School Club are run by our dedicated support staff here at Birchington to ensure that they are both warm, friendly and welcoming with familiar adults. Children feel cared for and safe.

They have access to fun games and activities as well as our playgrounds, ICT room, forest area and field.

Breakfast Club runs from 7.30am costing £3.50 per session.

After School Club runs up to 4.30pm (£6.00) or up to 5.50pm which includes a light tea (£10.00).

Children do need to be booked in via the school office and payments made in advance.

If you’re looking for something after school, we also run a variety of after school clubs for children run by our teachers or TSC coaches (Total Sports Coaching). The link to our clubs page can be found here: https://www.birchington-primary.com/school-clubs/

Our fabulous Chair of Governors, Loraine Bant, and her team of volunteers from All Saints Church, Birchington also provide for our Birchington families a fantastic Supper Club in the winter months and once a month over the summer period.
